Details of Vacancy :

• Staff Nurse (Male) :- 171 posts
• Staff Nurse (Female) :- 2069 posts

Age Limit :

Candidates must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have crossed the age of 40 years on July 1, 2023 i.e. they must have not been born earlier than 2nd July, 1983 and not later than July 1, 2002. For PH candidates, the maximum age limit is 55 years i.e. they must have not been born before 02 July, 1968.

Pay Scale :

Group ‘B’ Non-Gazetted, Temporary. Pay Scale:- Rs. 9300-34800, Grade Pay Rs. 4600/ (Revised Pay Scale Level-7 Pay Matrix Rs. 44900- 142400/-).

Education Qualification :

Nurse (Female) must –

(1) A candidate for direct recruitment to the post of Staff Nurse (Female) must-(i) Have passed High School Examination with Science and passed Intermediate Examination of the Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Uttar Pradesh or an Examination recognized by the Government as equivalent thereto. (ii)Possess diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery or B.Sc Degree in Nursing registrable with the Uttar Pradesh Nurses and Midwives Council(iii) Possess registration certificate as Nurse and Midwife. From the Uttar Pradesh Nurses and Midwives Council.

(Male) must –

(1) A candidate for direct recruitment to the post of Staff Nurse (Male) must-(i)
Have passed High School Examination with Science and passed Intermediate Examination of the Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Uttar Pradesh or an Examination recognised by the Government as equivalent thereto. (ii) Possess diploma in General Nursing
and Midwifery or B.Sc Degree in Nursing registrable with the Uttar Pradesh Nurses and Midwives Council or possess diploma in Psychiatry registrable with the Uttar Pradesh Nurses and Midwives Council, (iii) Possess registration certificate from Uttar Pradesh Nurses and Midwives Council as Nurse and Psychiatry or Possess registration certificate as Nurse and Midwives From the Uttar Pradesh Nurses and Midwives Council.

Application Fee :

In the ON-LINE Application process, after completing the procedure of First stage, Category wise prescribed examination fee is to be deposited as per instructions provided in second stage. The prescribed fee of examination for different categories is as under:-

1. Unreserved (General) – Exam fee Rs. 100/- + On-line processing fee Rs. 25/- Total = Rs. 125/-
2. Other Backward Class – Exam fee Rs. 100/- + On-line processing fee Rs. 25/- Total = Rs. 125/-
3. Scheduled Caste – Exam fee Rs. 40/- + On-line processing fee Rs. 25/- Total = Rs. 65/-
4. Scheduled Tribe – Exam fee Rs. 40/- + On-line processing fee Rs. 25/- Total = Rs. 65/-
5. Handicapped – Exam fee NIL+ On-line processing fee Rs. 25/- Total = Rs. 25/-
6. Dependents of the – According to the original category mentioned from Sl. Nos. 1 to 4.
   Freedom Fighters
7. Ex-Serviceman – According to the original category mentioned from Sl. Nos. 1 to 4.
8. Women – According to the original category mentioned from Sl. Nos. 1 to 4

• Part -1
  • Click on “Apply” button it will open option “Candidate Registration”.
  • Now click on “Candidate Registration” option.
  • Candidate Basic Registration form: Submit Your Personal Information.
  • After entering verification code Click on “Submit” button at bottom of the page, the second page that will display your Registration Slip where you can find your 11 digit registration number with detail that you can also take print for future reference.
  • After Completion of PART-I Registration. You have to go through via “Fee Deposition/Reconciliation”
• Part -2
  • Clicking on “Submit Application Form” button it will opens-up a page and ask for Candidate Registration Number, Fee details, Scanned photograph with signature and some your personal details that you filled during registration process. And click on submit button & you will be moved on next page where you can fill all information to complete form submission.
  • Here the candidate is required to upload the images of recent Photograph and Signature Specimen. Images to be uploaded should be only in (*.jpe,*.jpeg,*.jpg,*.png)format of size not exceeding 20 KB each.
• After Submitting All the Details Click on I Agree Option & Preview Your Details.
• Now Click on Final Submission.
• Take a Print out of Application.
