Welcoming the guests at the beginning of the program, principal of IIIT-Jhalwa, Vijeyesh Pandey said that different schools of KV Sangathan may be different only because they function from different places but their teachers and students are different branches of the same tree. “We all have been living together in even and odd situations of life, this is our identity and these saplings will keep us attached to the memories of the departed companions”, he said.
Special guest of the event, principal, KV Bamrauli, Amarnath said that more than planting the sapling, there should be proper care of them. Just as children expect regular labor and dedication from us for their balanced development, the same thing applies to plants as well.
The saplings were planted in memory of Harishchandra Prasad of Kendriya Vidyalaya New Cantt (II shift) Anubha Srivastava, (KV New Cantt I shift), Chandramohan Kandpal (KV IIIT-Jhalwa), Virendra Prasad (KV Phaphamau), Payal Singh and Chandra Prakash (both from KV Basti), Singhsan Lal Jaiswar (KV Rihand Nagar), Sunil Kumar Srivastava (Regional Office, Varanasi), Shivbachan (BLW Varanasi), Abha Jaiswal and Sanjeev Kumar (both from KV FCI Gorakhpur).
