MEMO NO :- 3418
In pursuance of the Memo No :-
5221-RD/O/NREGA/18S-03/09(Pt-II) dated 18.10.2017 of the commissioner, 138c,
RD, Department, Government of West Bengal, application are here by invited form
the eligible candidates for the selection to the post of Gram Rozgar Sahayak
(GRS) 03 (Three) numbers under MGNREGS on purely contact basis for one year will
be posted at Gram Panchyat Office.
The engagement may also be terminated by appropriate
authority for unsatisfactory service, misconduct, Malpractice etc, of the incumbent
concerned.

Age Limit :- 18 years to 35 years of age as on 01.01.2021.
Educational Qualification :-
Higher secondary passed in Science/Vocational stream form any
recognized institute with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects 55%
Marks in aggregate. Certificate issued by authorities of other states will be
subjected to verification by issuing authorities.
Technical Qualification :-
At least 06(Six) months training on computer applications
from any Government recognized institute.
Residence :-
The candidates must be a permanent resident and voter under
Jurisdiction of entire Raiganj Development Block.
How to apply :-
Application shall be made on plain paper as the prescribed
format enclosed herewith along with the self attested copies of the following
document.
Document required along with the application :-
Self attested Photocopy of the following document must be
submitted along with the application from.
1. Age proof document (Madhayamik Admit Card)
2. Supporting documents in respect of Educational
Qualification(s) and Technical Qualification(s). For Higher Secondary
Examination the photocopy of both side of the Mark sheet is to be submitted.
3. Proof of residence (EPIC card and Aadhaar card)
4. One self addressed envelope with Postal Stamp.
5. One Passport Size Color Photo Should be affixed on the
prescribed format.
6. Date of Submission of Application :-
Application will be submitted in drop box kept in the office
of the Block Development Office. Raiganj Development Block, Application will
be, received from 05/01/2021 to
20/01/2021 between 11.00 am to 5.00
pm (Except Saturday, Sunday and Government holidays, etc). Application
submitted through any other mode (India Post, Courier Service etc ) will not be
accepted.
Method of Selection :-
On examination of all the document submitted by the
candidates a short list will be prepared Strictly on merit basis through the
marks. If more than one candidate secures same aggregate. Marks obtained in
Physics and Mathematics combined will be computed and the candidate securing
higher marks in this category will be considered. I f any candidate fails to
appear on the said date and time along with Proper documents then his/her
candidature will be cancelled. The results will be published on the Notice
Board o e office.
The authority reserves every right to change/modify/rectify
any or entire of the schedule/criteria or cancel this notification any time
hereafter upon concurrence from higher authority.
