RECRUITMENT NOTICE

 

Applications for appointment to following posts of Asstt. Teachers, Gr.- C (Clerk) and Gr.- D (Peon) in different categories in PANJIPUKUR SRIMATI TULSHI DEVI SMRITI VIDYAPITH (H.S.) (Bengali Medium) are invited from MALE/FEMALE candidates who have the required qualifications for the posts. Application Forms will be available from our Website ( www.panjipukursrimatitulshidevismritividyapith.com ) during the period from 28th OCT. to 16th NOV. , 2020.

 

Application forms duly filled in are to be submitted in School Office address (by post only within due date). Forms submitted in school office by hand will not to be entertained due to COVID -19 protocol. The application forms completed in all respects will be received from 28th OCT. to 19th NOV., 2020 (excluding Sunday & other holidays) at our School Office.

Important points to be noted :-

 

i) One person can apply for one post only.

 

ii) Application forms duly filled in are to be submitted in School Office address (by post only within due date). Forms submitted in school office by hand will not to be entertained due to COVID -19 protocol.

iii) Incomplete Application Forms will not be considered. The list of documents required to be attached along with the application form will be available in our prospectus.

iv) The selection will be made on the basis of performance in the Written Test, academic qualifications and viva-voce along with classroom demonstration for all categories of teaching posts and Written Test, academic qualifications and personality test with computer proficiencies for Gr-C (Clerk) and Written Test and viva-voce for Gr.-D (Peon) depending on No. of Applicants and decision of Selection Committee. Candidates called for all selection process, shall not be paid any TA/DA.

 

v) A candidate who has been allowed to appear at Written Examination does not mean that he or she will be called for viva-voce and classroom demonstration (in case of post of Assistant Teacher), personality test with typing and computer proficiency (in case of clerk) and only personality test (in case of Gr.-D). The Selection Committee reserves all rights to call a candidate for viva-voce and classroom demonstration. A cut-off mark fixed in Written Examinations is at the discretion of the Selection Committee.

 

vi) In case of any change in the dates of written examination and interview the candidates would be notified in advance through the school website.
